Call for anyone interested in presenting at this year’s technical conference in Santa Fe. Scheduling is set for March 28th as of now. Send in an abstract about what you would like to present and we will contact you after the closing date.
Abstract Acceptance: Notification of acceptance will be sent via email to the presenting author by March 3rd, 2025.
All Technical Session presentations are scheduled for an oral format with PowerPoint slides or a poster board. Standard oral presentations should be formatted for 10 or 15 minute segments with an additional 5 minutes for questions, please indicate the length of time you will require for your presentation when submitting your abstract.
If you need additional time for your presentation, please indicate this upon submission.
Presentation Publication: In previous years, the RGC HPS has posted technical presentations on its website. Please notify RGC HPS upon submission if there are any restrictions on dissemination.
*Topics of discussion include but are not limited to; radiation, radiation protection, health physics, medical physics, dosimetry, instrumentation, accelerator physics, emergency response, etc.
